Mental Training for Tennis Package

Tennis Wizard’s “Mental Training For Tennis" package is a mental wellness digital safe space for student-athletes. Tennis Wizard is trying to solve the problem of off-court mental isolation and on-court performance anxiety for tennis players, especially student-athletes. Middle & high school students already have enormous pressures, like societal, academic, family and identity are to name a few. Student-athletes have additional pressures on top of that; like athletic expectations, college athletic scholarships, and loneliness associated with an individual sports lifestyle. The ongoing pressures mentally isolate the student-athletes and put them in a dark mental space. Tennis Wizard can also be used by both junior and adult tennis players, who are seeking tennis mental training and mental toughness for tennis.

Self-Learning App

The self-learning app provides two pathways for athletes to strengthen mental skills for tennis:

  • Episodic Pathway
  • Self-Discovery

Episodic Pathway

The athlete comes in and does assessments in several key topic areas. Based on the assessments, we provide an action plan for “Development Pathway” or “Maintenance Pathway.” All the workouts suggested in either “Development Pathway” or “Maintenance Pathway” are non-clinical in nature. The workouts come from the various "Practices".
